We ship our Canadian & International orders via Canada Post. Once an order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility, rather it is Canada Post’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor incorrect address entries.

$100 insurance is included with every order, however, ID checks are not included. With our shipping insurance add on you are guaranteed your package as an ID check will be required.
